It is composed of material hopper, vibrator, screw rotating feeding, screw metering head, finished product automatic packaging machine, finished product conveyor and other equipment.

Main features:

1. The horizontal and vertical sealing temperatures are independently controlled, which can be well applied to various composite films, PE films and other packaging materials.

Equipment production process flow:

Switch on the power supply and set the temperature to constant temperature → set the parameters of the packaging machine (bag making size and packaging weight) → manually pour the material to the storage hopper - vibrate the material to the position where the screw starts to transport the material → screw metering → print the production date → bag making → filling the material → exhaust → seal the packaging → cut off → the whole process of packaging the finished product output (this equipment is configured with a double film transport mechanism: small film pulling resistance, fast film transport speed, etc.).
