Guangzhou Xinghuo Automation Co., Ltd.'s Automatic Duck-Bill Cap Capping Machine Breaks Efficiency Bottlenecks in Food and Daily Chemical Industries with Innovative Technology, Attracting Industry Attention
Recently, Guangzhou Xinghuo Automation Co., Ltd. has launched a new model of automatic duck-bill cap capping machine. By virtue of innovative technology, this machine has solved the efficiency bottlenecks in duck-bill cap capping within the food and daily chemical industries, attracting wide attention from the sector.
Traditional duck-bill cap capping relies on manual operation or semi-automatic equipment, which is plagued by problems such as high costs, low efficiency, and poor sealing performance, making it difficult to meet the needs of large-scale production. The new model, however, adopts a fully automated process (including cap feeding, positioning, capping, and conveying), enabling seamless integration with production lines. Compared with traditional equipment, its capping speed has increased by more than 50%, with a production capacity of up to 5,000 bottles per hour.

In terms of precision, the new model is equipped with intelligent positioning and torque control technology. High-definition visual recognition ensures accurate alignment of caps, while precise adjustment of capping force guarantees reliable performance. The product qualification rate exceeds 99.5%. In terms of compatibility, the machine can be adapted to duck-bill caps of multiple specifications by replacing molds within 10 minutes. Its stainless steel body meets food-grade standards, effectively preventing cross-contamination.
A technical director from Guangzhou Xinghuo Packaging stated that the new model demonstrates the company's technological strength. In the future, the company will continue to invest in R&D to contribute to the automation upgrade of the industry. Currently, the new model has completed pilot applications. According to feedback from a major sauce manufacturer, the use of this machine has reduced labor costs by 60% and significantly lowered the rate of product quality complaints.
